I use these for playing bass. Only picks i use that move the strings, rather than the string moving the pick. Really great - and i've only ever managed to break one!

I have mixed feelings about the Stubbies. they make soloing easier as they're short and have a slick contact surface, but they do add LOTS of attack to your sound. I'm sure that some people will dig the extra definition, (ie, Gibson players), but I play a Strat, which they make sound way too glassy. At the end of the day, even though I'm not keen on them I would still recommend them as they do have a unique sound. After all they're 70p, so what have you got to lose?
