Screamin' Demon Humbucker

This Seymour Duncan moderate output pickup was originally designed in the Custom Shop for George Lynch. George wanted a pickup with the big open sound of their '59 model humbucker, but with a little less bite and a little more growl. A pickup that would scream, be rich in harmonics and sustain, but clean-up when he backed-off it. The tone is big, percussive, and still bites without being harsh.
The unique slotted and allen head screw configuration in combination with the Alnico V magnet gives each coil a subtly different magnetic field. This translates into greater sustain and superior harmonic response.
This pickup is a direct replacement and comes with four-conductor cable. Recommended for bridge position.
