This Seymour Duncan pickup uses large 1/4" diameter pole pieces to expand the magnetic field and to provide a fuller, fatter sound.
The powerful magnets are balanced with a special coil design. Both neck and bridge pickups are specially calibrated to ensure an even, accurate response and account for string excursion.
This pickup is a direct replacement and requires no bass guitar modification.
Wiring schematic and mounting hardware included.
