These tiny little bits of metal make for brillianty effortless lead work and chording, They make playing through a clean channel of you amp so much more rewarding by giving real attack and subtle nuances. That said they make those kirk hammett lead bits a doddle for your picking hand. Its great for string skipping and alternate picking caus there is next to no give at all so your pick hand can focus on hitting the right strings intead of hitting the wrong ones hard.
