Washburn's X50 Pro features a solid Mahogany body and neck, with a beautiful Flame Maple carved top.
Available on our site in either the thru red or thru black flavors, both feature high quality (and much sought after) EMG pickups.
Quality Grover machine heads provide good tuning stability, which, coupled with Washburns exclusive Buzz Feiten tuning system, give properly accurate intonation.
The Mahogany neck is set in, with a nice playing Rosewood 24 fret fingerboard.
The distinctive black pickups are an EMG81 at the neck, and an EMG85 at the bridge, these are high gain pickups designed for rock and metal music.
The strings pass over a quality tune-o-matic bridge and finally the thru-body tailpiece, this gives extra resonance through the body and should increase sustain.
