The G3 Guitar Effects and Amp Simulator is an extremely easy pedal to use that sounds absolutely amazing. The straight forward layout and the intuitive user interface makes this pedal a great amp simulator and guitar effects system.
Easy to use interface
Loaded with 3 LCD screens you will always know what effects you have on your signal. This pedal has a huge amount of different sounds that you can apply to your guitar. 3 separate foot switches mean that 3 effects can be applied simultaneously.
Bring these effects in and out whenever you choose. Using the type buttons above each screen the user can change the effect that is on the screen. You can then edit the pre made sound to your own tastes by using the three parameter controls that are situated under each screen. Once you have made a sound that you like using the three different effects you can save this effect for use later on.
The chromatic tuner featured on this effect pedal will keep you in tune with an easy tuning interface.
Lots of effects
107 effect types allow for a huge amount of possibility to the guitar player. The 107 effects can all be fully shaped and changed by you to get that ideal sound. There are 10 patches x 10 banks that allow for a multitude of sounds to be saved into the device. Use your imagination to create effects such as dynamic flangers, tremolos, harmonized pitch shifters, multi-tap delays, reverse delays and much more.
Drum Machine
The G3, like other Zoom effects, features a 'Rhythm' control that allows you to play along to some groovy beats. Choose the beat to suit you and the tempo and get jamming. Use this feature instead of a metronome for an exciting practice method. Using a metronome can get boring and so this will make it interesting and will consequently have you more enthusiastic about learning new techniques and riffs.
Connectivity
This pedal comes with a free copy of Steinberg's Sequel LE Creation and Performance software making it easy to use your device through the computer via USB. The G3 also features a balanced XLR DI output so you can plug straight into a mixing desk for easy live solutions.
Real amp modelling
The Zoom G3's amp models sound 'super-real' and range from vintage style amplifies to modern day sounding amps. With its tube emulation the G3 will happily create sounds including clean, crunch and screaming gain tones that stay authentic to where it is based upon.
This great sound of the amp models make it a great pedal not only for live applications but for in the studio as well.
The Zoom G3 has 94 diverse types of stompbox presets, these include some of the worlds favourite pedals. You can use up to three effects in any combination.
