The BOSS BD-2 Blues Driver Effects Pedal is a classic drive pedal that's a hit with many guitar players.

The BOSS BD 2 Bluesdriver is a compact, versatile drive effect pedal which can shape your Blues sound for that creamy, crunchy tone which has been heard in the Blues style for decades.

This stompbox authentically creates a true blues tone that can be shaped through its three controls.

The 'Level' parameter allows the user to control the volume of the overall effect on the guitar's signal.

'Tone' will allow the user to shape the EQ of the overdrive that is being sent from the pedal.

'Gain' controls the amount of gain on the signal. Use this control to dial in either smooth crunch, saturated high gain or somewhere in middle.

These effects pedals are very versatile as not only can it give a crunchy blues tone, it can also provide quite a large amount of gain / drive which can be used for Rock type genres and playing.

The BOSS DB2 simulates old tube style amplifiers, enabling the player to receive vintage style tones that can totally transform your sound.

These effect pedals are very responsive to your playing dynamics and can be cleaned up by using the volume control on your guitar, consequently allowing for the player's touch and feel to be portrayed.

If you're looking for a pedal to 'beef' up your blues sound the blues-driver is one that will not disappoint. It's rugged, compact and versatile hence why its a favorite for many, many guitar players.

A great Blues overdrive stompbox from BOSS that includes a 'BOSS 5-year warranty'.
