The key to this guitar?s remarkably low price is that all of the usual cosmetic features such as body binding, glossy finishing and position inlays have been left out, focusing funds on quality sound, materials and construction. Bearing a striking similarity to the Taylor ?Big Baby?, the L-449 acoustic guitar plays and sounds like a guitar worth many times its price! Powerful and thick dreadnaught sounds are complemented by sweet singing treble tones and the sustain is of a quality that you would not expect from a guitar at this price.
The no-frills satin finish of the Nato body and Spruce top also continues up behind the neck and actually makes for a smooth comfortable feel during playing. The elongated symmetrical headstock contains a set of good quality chrome tuners for accurate and stable tuning - no cost cutting here!
Although there are no position inlays on the Rosewood fingerboard, small dots have been included on the side for convenience and altogether the L-449 plays like a top-notch acoustic and would be great for beginner or experienced alike.

This is one of the best guitars i have played yet its got a fantastic sound for the price and just shows how underated as a brand lorenzo are would recoment to anyone concidering buying a guitar under ?1000 you couldnt tell the difference between these and the top end guitars.
I bought one of these not really expecting much out of it, but it makes an amazing sound, very powerful!! the only downside i think is that the strings (after playing a lot) really start to cut throught your fingers ^^ but therwise it's a great guitar

for the price you can't go wrong. The guitar sounds great, it sounds like your playing a guitar 3 times its price. It has a nice smooth feel to it when playing, alot better than i expected when just seeing the picture deffinatly would recomend it!!
I got this guitar as a present off my girlfriend after dropping some hints here and there. i've only had it for about 2 months and i started as a beginner. i play this guitat loads and it sounds the same since day one. i even show it to people who've been playing for over 20 years and they can't believe how good it is. one of the best guitars to have to start off as a beginner, cheap! perfect sound! not a big name so your look individual like it's one of a kind & looks raw!

My other acoustics are made by Martin and Gibso. I am pleasantly surprised by the L449. It has a nice ringing sound. There's not as much body as an expensive guitar. It's cheaply built but looks well made. I suspect it will get better as I break it in. Overall, if they're all like this, then this is no bad choice for someone just leaving beginner level who doesn't want to spend a fortune.
Ordered the Lorenzo on a Wednesday evening it arrived on the Friday morning!! I haven't played a guitar for about 30 years but wanted to start again after getting a guitar for my 7 year old son to learn on. All I can say is WOW I'm totally hooked the sound is so fantastic, I cannot put it down. Even sore fret fingers doesn't stop me. Thank you for an amazing guitar and brilliant service.
A mate of mine bought one of these, he has 3 kids so is on a budget. I was blown away by it so i bought one too. I have a Martin D28 and my Lorenzo, i take it to friends houses, work when it's quiet and on holiday, my D28 never leaves the house. Buy it you'll love it!!!
