All new for 2011 from ESP, the metal masters, here is ledgendary Metallica guitarist (shredder) Kirk Hammett's KH-202 Signature Series electric guitar.

And a beauty it is too, featuring a reverse headstock, skull & crossbone inlays, flat neck profile, ESP LH301 active pickups, a none-more-black paint job and a Floyd Rose Special double locking bridge.

The headstock is a reverse style, gloss black to the front with the LTD logo in white and gold, the back is plain satin Maple with 6 in-line black Nickel ESP machine heads. A single long string tree keeps pressure on the strings before they pass through the locking nut.

The 3 piece neck is Maple, with an extra thin profile, the back is almost flat, making it great for really fast playing. The Rosewood fingerboard has nice skull and crossbone inlays, and with 24 extra jumbo frets, this is a good and easy guitar to play, the fingerboard itself is very well finished, fretwork is excellent and everything feels very right.

The neck is bolted to the black glossy body, joining at the 18th fret on the bass side and 22nd on the treble, giving excellent access to all 24 frets.

The back of the KH-202 has an ESP branded neck plate in black Nickel, and 2 large black plastic access plates for the bridge and electronics.

The front  has 2 ESP LH301 active pickups, EMG copies of course, a 3 way pickup selector switch, 2 volume controls and a master tone.

The bridge is a Floyd Rose Special double locking system, top quality and completely adjustable.

All guitars are checked against our 12 point check list and once passed, have a Guitarbitz quality control sticker attached. In addition to this we want to ensure that no harm can come to your guitar on the journey between us and you and so we have a rigorous packing procedure involving multiple protective layers. If you notice that this packaging is damaged when delivered by our courier, it is important to check the goods and if damaged, refuse the delivery and call us immediately. For your peace of mind, we have outlined the 12 point check below to show how we are passionate about your instrument.

• Orders weighing less than 2kg are posted via First Class Royal Mail on the dispatch date shown.
• Orders weighing less than 2kg with a value over £30 will be sent First Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery on the dispatch date shown.
• We cannot guarantee a delivery date for these orders, but First Class post usually takes 1-2 days.

International Deliveries
We can deliver to the following European countries,
• Zone 1 - Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Spain - £15 (including TAX) per order.
• Zone 2 - Finland, Portugal and Sweden - £25 (including TAX) per order.
• Zone 3 - Switzerland and Norway - £50 (excluding TAX) per order.
