Ozark have been making quality folk instruments, and guitars, for many years, and this popular 5 string Banjo is one of their best sellers.

With a brush steel die-cast shell and flange, 30 Chrome plated brackets, a detachable resonator and REMO head, everything is to a high standard, and it just looks and plays fantastic!

The figure of 8 shaped headstock is black, with Ozarks trademark signature logo in green Abolone, and a large black plastic truss rod cover. The back has 4 enclosed Chrome tuners, with mother of pearl buttons.

The Mahogany neck has a lovely light grain and a full gloss finish. Top nut width is 30mm, and the neck widens to 41mm at the 5th fret, where the 5th string joins. The neck has a rounded, U profile. The Rosewood fingerboard is bound in cream plastic, and features white dot markers.

Onto the body, and we have a detachable resonator at the back, in a dark Mahogany finish, so this banjo can also be played open back. Both the top and back rims of the resonator are bound in cream.

The flange and shell is a smart looking part, it has a brush Steel look, all a single piece, die-cast, on top of this sits the Chrome plated rim and REMO head, all held in place securely by 18 Chrome plated brackets.

On the lower end of the upper body is a Chrome plated shield to protect your right arm whilst playing, and at the bottom is a Chrome tailpiece, the the Oxark logo engraved.

The Banjo has that familiar, bright jangle, and they are great fun to play. This model has a lovely neck, and quality components, adding up to an impressive appearance and plenty of charm.

All guitars are checked against our 12 point check list and once passed, have a Guitarbitz quality control sticker attached. In addition to this we want to ensure that no harm can come to your guitar on the journey between us and you and so we have a rigorous packing procedure involving multiple protective layers. If you notice that this packaging is damaged when delivered by our courier, it is important to check the goods and if damaged, refuse the delivery and call us immediately. For your peace of mind, we have outlined the 12 point check below to show how we are passionate about your instrument.

• Orders weighing less than 2kg are posted via First Class Royal Mail on the dispatch date shown.
• Orders weighing less than 2kg with a value over £30 will be sent First Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery on the dispatch date shown.
• We cannot guarantee a delivery date for these orders, but First Class post usually takes 1-2 days.

International Deliveries
We can deliver to the following European countries,
• Zone 1 - Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Spain - £15 (including TAX) per order.
• Zone 2 - Finland, Portugal and Sweden - £25 (including TAX) per order.
• Zone 3 - Switzerland and Norway - £50 (excluding TAX) per order.
