| Making a Purchase |
| Simply browse around our online guitar shop, clicking ‘add’ on any products you wish to buy. These are then added to your shopping basket, you can also remove any items from your basket by going into 'My Basket'. When you are finished browsing to go through to the payment section from your basket. Here you will be asked for the details we need to satisfy the order, names, addresses, credit card details and so on. |

| We accept most Credit and Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro, Switch and Solo. You can also call us on 0845 2222 603 if you can’t or don’t wish to use the internet to make your purchase, or if you'd like help or advice on your purchases. |
| Your Credit card payment will be handled by one of the UK's largest 3rd party payment provides, Protx. All credit card numbers are encrypted in their software using the latest 128 bit encryption. We never get to see your card details and they are not held in clear text on any web page. |

| The images of products shown on our site are indicative only, whilst we have tried to accurately show you what your new guitar is going to look like, the factories have a habit of changing things slightly without telling anyone! |
Delivery of your Purchases |
| Postage is FREE on ALL orders to the UK, including Northern Ireland, (excluding The Channel Islands). |
| Delivery of guitars, amplifiers and physically large items are shipped overnight by couriers for delivery to you before 5.30PM the following working day, everything else is posted first class, recorded for orders over £20. |
| We make every effort to dispatch orders made before 4.00PM on a working day that evening. Any other order will be dispatched the following working day. If there is any variation to this, we'll contact you as soon as we can to let you know. |
| We'll Email you when your order is shipped, advising you of an anticipated delivery day. Your order status can also be tracked on our website by going into ‘My Account’, here you can see if orders are awaiting dispatch or already dispatched. |
| All products are checked for quality, performance and damage BEFORE they are dispatched. Please check the condition before signing for delivery, if required, if they appear to be damaged, tell the courier driver and refuse to accept them. If you have accepted them and you subsequently find anything is damaged, you MUST inform Bitz Online Limited in writing within 24 hours of receipt by you, PLEASE check all goods are OK ASAP. |
| We can deliver to the following European countries, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Republic of Ireland, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark and Switzerland - £20 per order. Finland, Norway, Sweden and Portugal - £25 per order. These orders typically take 3-5 working days to be delivered, you can still track your orders via the Internet in the same way. |
| Items Out of Stock |
| Products not in stock at Bitz Online Limited are shown on the site as ‘OUT OF STOCK’ and you will not be able to order them. |
| We believe this is a better service than allowing you to order, taking your money, and subsequently making you wait for two weeks for delivery. Please be assured all items are currently in stock for immediate delivery. |
| Ordering out of stock products can’t be made on the website, however, if you do wish to place a back order, please contact us and we can advise you when the stock is expected and earmark products for you. |
| Similarly, if a product you want is not shown on the site, say you want another colour of a guitar, please contact us and we can try to source the product for you. |

| Guarantee and Returns |
| All goods are supplied with a 1 year manufacturers warranty, if they become defective within this time, please contact us and we'll arrange for the goods to be returned to us and repaired, if possible, or replaced. This does not apply to fair wear and tear, neglect or abuse. Please note that if goods are repaired by a third party during this period for any reason without the written consent of Bitz Online Limited, we cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred! |
| Under the ‘Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000’, you have a 'cooling off period', a right to cancel orders made on this website for 7 working days, provided that you give us written notice of cancellation and request a return authorisation reference from us. Please note that we cannot accept returned goods without this reference. In this event, we shall arrange a full refund provided the goods (including packaging, accessories, manuals etc) have not been used, have all of the original packaging and are in new condition. |
| Unfortunately, we cannot pay for the costs of returning any unwanted products to us safely, please retain proof of delivery for any item you need to return. For all items returned for refund, we will deduct 10% of the value to recover our postage and administration costs. |
| Any variations to the returns policy above is by special arrangement with Bitz Online Limited ONLY, we are not obliged to accept returns after this period unless the goods develop a fault. |
| Hopefully, of course, none of this will be necessary, as it is our number one aim to provide you with excellent products and even better service! |

| Bitz Online Limited maintain a mailing list so that we can keep in touch with our customers to inform them of new products, any promotions we may run and what a great service we provide! You can join the mail list at any time, or, if you wish to be removed please contact us. When you submit an Email address, you will receive an email to which you must reply before you are added to the list. This is in your best interests I’m sure you’ll agree. |
