2012 Gibson True Vintage J45 Banner - Vintage Sunburst - Preowned

A classic rendition of one of the greatest acoustic guitars to ever be produced. The J45 Banner has everything you need in a classic dreadnaught slope shoulder acoustic and this example sounds and plays wonderfully.

Manufactured in Bozeman Montana with the most traditional methods and materials possible this guitar really has the tone and feel of an original example from the golden era. Featuring a thermally aged Adirondack Red Spruce top and solid Mahogany back and sides this guitar really rings and has that classic Gibson ping while retaining total clarity when strumming through chords. 

The VOS finish on this guitar is super thin and really helps the guitar sing while also looking fantastic, showing all the grain from that cracking spruce top. The guitar is all original and is setup with a nice comfortable action with Bronze 12's and really is a cannon of an acoustic, very loud! The quality of the woods shows massively in the weight and this guitar is feather weight at 4lb 1oz.

Condition wise the thin finish does show a few minor signs of use but nothing through the finish and no impressions to the neck or headstock or majorly to the top. Very light honest play wear. The frets are super clean and show very little signs of use. The guitar comes complete with its original hard shell case and all paper work and is ready to go and sounding fantastic. A brilliant and timeless acoustic guitar!
