We ship to most European countries and to countries outside Europe such as the USA, Canada, Australia & Japan.
The next dispatch date is shown against each product for your reference, but for international orders, we need to wait 24 hours after your order is placed before we can ship your goods.
Large items or items over £75 will be sent via UPS International Courier service. Please note your parcel may be delivered to your LOCAL UPS ACCESS POINT. If you live in a remote area your parcel may also be delivered to your local UPS ACCESS POINT.
Guitar accessories - strings, straps, stands, tuners and other small items
* Orders weighing less than 1kg are posted 'Air Mail', a signature will be required upon delivery.
* Guitars and amplifiers are sent by an International Courier Service, this takes 2-5 working days depending on your location.
* All International Order will be sent to the registered cardholder address only.
We will do everything we can to ensure you receive your goods within the time frame specified.
Please ensure that you include a contact phone number, customs ALWAYS want this to clear goods for import to your country. We work with our courier who have 99% delivery rate with their international service.
If there are any unforseen delays we will do our utmost to rectify the issue.
We will Email you confirmation when your order has been dispatched, with a tracking number if applicable.
You can track your order by logging in to your Guitarbitz account. Items sent via our courier can be tracked using their website tracking service.

For most orders under £35, postage is just £1 to European destinations!
Orders over £35
We deliver to countries outside the EU, a shipping fee will be calculated at the checkout.
For these orders, VAT at 20% is included in our prices.
|Cooling Off Period - Under the ‘Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000’, you have a 'cooling off period', a right to cancel orders made on this website for 7 days, provided that you give us written notice of cancellation and request a return authorisation code from us. Please note that we cannot accept returned goods without this code. Once the items are received safely at Guitarbitz, and provided the goods (including packaging, accessories, manuals etc) have not been used, have all of the original packaging and are in new condition and undamaged, we shall then arrange a full refund. You will be responsible for the costs of returning any unwanted item.|
|Unfortunately, we cannot pay for the costs of returning any unwanted products to us safely, please retain proof of postage for any item you need to return.|
|Any variations to the returns policy above is by special arrangement with us ONLY, we are not obliged to accept returns after this period unless the goods develop a fault and are within warranty.|
