MXR have been making guitar effects pedals since the early 70's, and have been owned by Jim Dunlop since 1987.

MXR have continued to make quality effects pedals throughout the years, from their old skool Dyna Comp and Phase 90, through to modern classics like the Carbon Copy.

Nowadays, MXR guitar pedals are made for many artists like Eric Gales, Tom Morello and, of course, Eddie Van Halen, God rest his soul.
