Payment providers

When placing your order using our online checkout, we offer several choices on how to pay.
Whichever payment service you choose to process your payment, these services adhere to extremely strict security and privacy standards. You enter payment information directly using their secure systems, and for added security, we don’t have any access to your full payment details. All of our payments through Guitarbitz.com are handled either by SagePay or PayPal, depending on your chosen payment method.

Delivery providers

To get your order to you, we use several delivery methods Depending on the items and service you choose, we currently use DPD and the Royal Mail. To provide you with an easy delivery and, in some cases, tracking information, we may give them your name and address, mobile phone number and email address. They use this information to deliver your goods only.
 

Email Newsletter

We run an email newsletter to let you know about offers, new products and news, and we’d love you to subscribe. This list is completely separate to your order details and Guitarbitz account, and requires you to sign up separately. You will also need to reply to an email to confirm your consent to receive the newsletter.
If you have subscribed to our email newsletter, we will only send you relevant emails and won't pass your details onto anyone else. If you wish to stop receiving these emails you can either use the unsubscribe link you can find on each and every email, or contact us by email, letter or phone.
