1972 Gibson ES320TD With HC - Natural Blonde - Preowned

1972 Gibson ES320TD With period correct hardshell case in Natural Blonde. A super unique and interesting 1970's Gibson semi hollow like no other! This unique model features a top mounted control panel with mini switches for each pickup and a master volume and tone. The pickups featured are the same as found on the Melody Maker models or the era and offer an interesting bright twangy sound on a normally warm and thick sounding instrument. 

The guitar remains in great shape with all original frets and machine heads. The only changes present are the changing of the bridge from a harmonica bridge to the early '80s 3 point adjustment bridge. This was likely done to more efficiently function with the added Bigsby tremolo. 

The guitar plays with a great action, the frets are low but it all works and feels fantastic. The nut width is of the era and nice and narrow making for easy work when playing chords and such. The guitar comes with its original bridge cover as well as what would appear to be a period correct hard shell case with yellow lining.
