1973 Rickenbacker 480 With HC - Burgundy - Preowned

1973 Rickenbacker 480 in Burgundy in good all round condition with aftermarket hardshell case. This example features a few changes with the addition of some contemporary 330 pickups as well as a set of newer machine heads. 

The guitar is in good shape for its age with a few marks here the there but nothing major. The largest sign of wear is some finish rubbing down near the jack, possibly caused by some strap/cable rubbing during playing. The guitar has minimal fret wear though the frets themselves are fairly low as to be expected. The guitar plays well with a decent low action and the original hardware all functions as it should including the pair of truss rods.

The guitar is a great weight at 8lb 1oz and for a larger bodied instrument feels remarkably light. The guitar has received a full workshop setup and is ready to go with a 6 month warranty.
