1975 Fender Mustang in Sunburst - OHSC - Preowned

1975 Fender Mustang in Three Colour Sunburst with original Hardshell Case and candy!

A cracking little mid '70s Mustang in really nice condition for its age. This guitar has definitely been used but not abused and for a played guitar from this era is in great shape retaining its original bar and bridge cover as well as an original short scale silver Fender case and some original paperwork.

The guitar features its original finish which has faded nicely on the front to more of a two tone finish though retains lots of its red on the back. The frets show some wear but with enough room to level one more time if needed though as it plays fantastically! The rosewood has worn in nicely and looks and feels lovely. The neck retains its original finish and feels great and the original machine heads function well.

The vibrato works really nicely on this example and is super smooth. The electronics remain all original and all function as should. The pickguard shows some shrinking as these always do, leaving a slight gap between the guard and control plate. The guard is super solid though with no cracks or corrosion.

The guitar comes in at a good weight of ... and is a joy to play with the short scale and small body, this is a really nice example with just the right amount of wear!

A with all used guitars here at Guitarbitz this Mustang has had a full workshop setup and appraisal and is ready to go with 6 months warranty!
