1979 Fender Hardtail Stratocaster - Natural *SUPER LIGHT!* - Hardcase + Hangtags - Preowned

1979 Fender Hardtail Stratocaster in Natural in fantastic all round original condition with a superb light weight!

A great example of a late '70s hardtail Strat in great all original condition complete with hang tags and even a couple of polaroids of the original owner with the guitar when purchased new! Anyone that knows late '70s Fenders knows here are some seriously heavy boat anchors out there but this one comes in at a super light 7lb 6oz.

The guitar shows minimal play wear to the frets and only a slight bit of ghosting to the lacquer around the edges whcih gives a cool vintage burst effect. The neck is lovely and smooth with no dinks to the finish and a really slick player. The electronics and hardware remain all original and fully functioning as should.

The guitar comes with a G&G tweed case along with a Fender pouch containing the original hang tag and warranty leaflet for the guitar as well as some polaroids of the original owner when they purchased the guitar new.

All in all a fantastic and very playable example of a late '70s Fender Strat that looks fabulous too. As with all used and vintage guitars here this guitar has received a full workshop setup and appraisal and is ready to go with 6 months warranty! Grab this corker now!
