2004 Fender MIJ MK1 Aerodyne Telecaster - Gloss Black - Hard Case - Preowned

Fender Made In Japan MK1 Aerodyne Telecaster in Black in good all round condition with Hiscox Hard Shell case. A cool and slick line of Japanese made Fenders that have been very popular since their launch in the early 2000's. These models feature stripped back pickguard-less designs and a nice 'tuxedo' black and white finish. 

This example is in fair condition with a few marks to the gloss black finish but a very tidy example for a 20+ year old guitar. The back does show some buckle rash too, see photos, a fair condition instrument but certainly not mint!

The guitar remains mostly original with only a few changes which include the addition of some black strap lock buttons of the Schaller style and a Seymour Duncan hotrail in the bridge position which pairs well with the fat sounding P90 in the Neck. 

The guitar comes with a Hiscox Hard Case which is very tatty but does the job nicely and will keep the guitar safe in transit.

The guitar shows minimal fret wear and like many Japanese made instruments from Fender has a lovely smooth dark rosewood fingerboard that feels great with the slim '60s maple neck. The guitar is nice and light and very comfortable to play with the smooth body curve and is a joy to play with a nice low snappy action and no choking or buzzing at any point on the fingerboard. There is some buckle worming to the back of the instrument but nothing that breaks the finish.

The guitar has received a full workshop setup and is ready to go with a six month warranty!
