Gibson Custom Shop 1956 Reissue Les Paul P90 Gold Top in fantastic all round condition with original Lifton Reissue hard shell case, COA and paperwork. A great example of a super authentic 50's Gibson Reissue that feels and sounds wonderful! 

This guitar is presented in fantastic all original condition equipped with two excellent sounding P90's, Bumblebee capacitors and that all import Tune 'O' Matic bridge and tailpiece that changed the design of the Les Paul Standard forever in the year of 1956. The P90's in this example are full sounding and bright but in no way shrill and really offer that perfect balance of spanky but thick! The neck profile is that of a classic 50's LP and is very chunky but also very much comfortable and feels great! The frets show no wear and being the more vintage in style 

The guitar comes in at a decent weight of 9lb 6oz though feels very much lighter in the hands. It has a great resonance and is super solid and is a joy to play. The guitar has very little in the way of marks with only some very mild checking to the clear coat down near the bottom strap button which is very common on any metallic Gibson finish!

The case is in mint condition and all of the hang tags are present with the guitar as well as the warranty leaflet and COA. All in all a great Vintage Reissue Les Paul and one that would be pride of place in any collection.
